    Job Title: Project Administrator

    Overview:

    The Project Administrator plays a vital role in assisting the business in achieving its strategic objectives by effectively managing and implementing business strategies.

    The successful candidate will ensure the timely delivery of quality objectives, demonstrating exceptional project management skills and expertise.

    Education:

    • MATRIC - Essential
    • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) - Preferred

    Experience:

    • Minimum 3 years of project management experience - Essential

    Knowledge and Skills Required:

    • Project administration
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation and reporting
    • Team player
    • Relationship building skills
    • MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project
    • Knowledge of financial planning, wealth management, financial services, and our overall business

    Key Performance Areas:

    • Apply good project management methodologies to manage individual consulting strategic initiatives within scope, cost, and time objectives.
    • Coordinate, facilitate, and set up meetings, workshops, and events related to the project office.
    • Effectively facilitate meetings with clear agendas and outcomes.
    • Prepare and ensure that minutes of meetings are drafted and actioned timely by relevant stakeholders.
    • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder groups.
    • Prepare project documentation and reporting.
    • Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners.
