- Design, develop, and program PLC systems for various automation projects.
- Create detailed drawings, including P&ID diagrams, to support engineering and process design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing PLC systems.
- Ensure all designs and systems comply with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Assist in the commissioning and start-up of new systems and equipment.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or mechatronics engineering.
- Knowledgeable in PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Delta, etc.).
- Proficient in CAD software for creating detailed drawings and P&ID diagrams.
- Strong understanding of process and instrumentation systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, C, Java).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Experience with HMI/SCADA systems.
- Knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations.
- Familiarity with additional CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
