LODGE MANAGER

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 5 years management experience in a 5* lodge or hotel environment
  • Oversee all aspects of the lodge which includes HR, Finances, Operations, Housekeeping, F&B and Guest services
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
  • Strong Leadership skills
  • Proven track record and contactable references
