    The successful incumbent will interact with clients at all levels to understand the business requirements to conclude the blueprint, configuration, testing, migration/deployment, support and continuous enhancements of the SAP S/4 HANA solution in the applicable line of business (Warehouse Management,Finance, Procurement, Sales, Supply Chain,
    Manufacturing, Sales, Service and Enterprise Asset Management).The SAP S/4HANA professional will design, implement and deploy SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

    Qualifications /Certifications required:

    Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields preferred
    Certification in SAP S/4HANA preferred, else the candidate should have sufficient experience in the S/4HANA domain.

    Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Public and/or Private Cloud advantageous
    Knowledge of SAP Activate, Agile methodologies and Scrum ways of working preferred

    Experience required:

    At least 10 years of experience in SAP as a functional consultant is an advantage.
    Ability to demonstrate understanding of end to end business processes for the applicable line of business.
    Ability to lead work streams and mentor junior consultants
    Ability to lead engagements with clients and assist in fostering a clear SAP S/4HANA roadmap
    Proven record of at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations
    Technology consulting expertise, and ability to drive workshops and conduct training sessions.

    Responsibilities of role:

    Provide business and functional sexpertise in SAP business processes, including deployment and conversions from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA..
    Assess impact and gaps in current business processes and configuration vs. the equivalent in SAP S/4HANA, and provide alternatives and recommendations on the delta design.
    Proficient solution design of the requirements
    Liaise with business stakeholders to address technical and operational queries.
    Provide technology consulting expertise and develop functional and technical
    specifications for the delta design, and for tools to support the SAP S/4HANA deployment.
    Execute the necessary system configuration to enable SAP S/4HANA deployment.
    Good functional knowledge of integration with other modules
    Lead testing and defect resolution in the context of SAP S/4HANA deployment.
    Work with stakeholders such as the business and IT clients, as well as the team, both onsite and offshore
    Guide and Mentor other consultants in the SAP team
    Develop and maintain working relationships with a diverse group of business, functional and technical teams

    Desirable skill sets include:

    Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
    Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
    Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
    Excellent leadership and management skills for experienced hires at a management level in the organisation
    Strong team building skills, with ability to build quick and effective work rapport with distributed team members.
