  • Grade 12 or relevant tertiary qualification.
  • 23 years banking experience

additional requirements:


responsibilities:


  • Manage costs / expenses within approved budget to achieve cost efficiencies
  • Analysis of financial transactions and statements to forecast potential writeoffs of claims
  • Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customers' expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions
  • Maintenance of expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of proactive advice and solutions to relevant stakeholders
  • Provision of an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all related information
  • Comply with governance in terms of legislative and audit requirements
  • Assess and recommend the write off and payment of funds to customers for all claims in excess of the branches delegated authority
  • Reconcile and report on monthly risk loss
  • Follow up on Special Investigations and monitor the recovery of funds
  • Manage own development to increase own competencies
