    • Promptly address and resolve customer concerns to ensure maximum satisfaction.


    • Meet and exceed agreed-upon sales targets within specified timelines.


    • Collaborate closely with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts.


    • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth.


    • Provide timely management reports on customer needs, feedback, and competitor activities.


    • Stay current with industry best practices and promotional trends.



    Requirements:



    • Postgraduate diploma/degree (desired but not mandatory).

    • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Representative.

    • Advantageous: Experience in FMCG sales.

    • Valid Driver's License and own vehicle (essential).

    • Intermediate Excel proficiency.

    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

    • Self-motivated with ability to work independently.



    Working Hours:


    Monday to Friday: 07:30 - 16:15 (occasional flexibility required).
