- Ensure invoices processed
- Ensure invoices are captured by specified deadline
- Ensure correct costs are allocated to the correct item code/GL account
- Ensure vendor reconciliations are complete and accurate for payment
- Ensure vendor reconciliations are complete and accurate for payment
- Ensure reconciliation is authorised for payment
- Ensure invoices are accurate, valid and compliant
- Check SARS compliance of all vendor invoices
- Check accuracy against authorised rate sheets
- Complete and maintaining of vendor information/card
- Ensure VAT numbers are correct as per SARS
- Vendor relationships
- Ensure cordial relationships with internal and external vendors and/or suppliers to the benefit of the company
Qualifications:
- Relevant Qualification/Degree needed
