    Administrative Support Officer: Professional Development

    This is a key role within the Department of Social Development, supporting the implementation of Professional Development Programmes. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the department's professional development programmes.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and implement professional development initiatives;
    • Provide administrative support to programme staff;
    • Maintain accurate records and reports;
    • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders;
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

    Requirements:

    • A recognised tertiary qualification in administration or a related field;
    • At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
    • High level of organisational and time management skills.
