Description

Seeking the Perfect French Café Manager Full time position/day time/ 6 days a week
Are you passionate about French cuisine and culture? Do you have a flair for managing a bustling café with finesse? We are currently on the hunt for a talented and experienced French Café Manager to join our team on a full-time basis

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service and smooth workflow.
Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient utilization of resources.
Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability, while maintaining high standards of quality.
Train, mentor, and motivate the staff to deliver outstanding service and maintain a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.
Foster positive relationships with customers, taking their feedback into account to continuously improve the café's offerings.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a café or restaurant manager (minimum 3 years)
Energy, passion, and a drive to succeed.
Knowledge and appreciation of French culinary traditions and flavours.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Proficiency in handling inventory and managing budgets.
