    Treasury and Trade Solutions Revenue and Pricing Manager Job Description

    Hello Future TTS Revenue and Pricing Manager, RMB is a place where exceptional people create their own opportunities by challenging the conventional and driving sustainable impact.

    In this role, you will be required to optimise revenue streams and capital utilisation to enhance financial performance. Focus on stopping revenue leakage, unlocking interest income through effective pricing strategies, and improving price discovery and mandate frameworks. Play a key role in balance sheet management, including Sustainable Risk Transfer (SRT) transactions and other capital efficiency initiatives. Develop relationship pricing strategies to drive long-term value from client engagements and improve capital usage in general banking facilities (GBF).

    Are You Someone Who Can:

    1. Analyse existing asset and deposit books to identify pricing inefficiencies and ensure optimal pricing strategies are applied, thereby preventing net interest income (NII) leakage.
    2. Develop and implement pricing models across TTS products to enhance pricing effectiveness, ensuring profitability and sustainable revenue growth.
    3. Enhance price-making and price discovery processes by establishing mandates and frameworks for deposit pricing, overdrafts, and general banking facilities to align pricing structures with business objectives.
    4. Identify and implement balance sheet optimisation strategies, such as SRT transactions or securitisation, to increase balance sheet capacity while maintaining capital efficiency.
    5. Develop relationship pricing strategies that consider the full value chain of client interactions, ensuring that pricing adjustments in one area contribute to maximised revenue in another.
    6. Optimise GBF pricing and capital utilisation by refining risk-weighted asset (RWA) calculations and ensuring capital is deployed in the most efficient manner.
    7. Work with TTS stakeholders to assess the financial impact of various pricing decisions, ensuring that trade-offs are evaluated holistically to maximise long-term revenue.
    8. Model and assess different pricing scenarios to support strategic decision-making, using analytics to project revenue outcomes and capital impacts.
    9. Implement risk-adjusted return measures that align revenue targets with capital efficiency, ensuring that returns are maximised without excessive risk exposure.
    10. Engage with Group Treasury and Financial Resource Management (FRM) to ensure alignment of TTS revenue and pricing strategies with broader RMB capital allocation frameworks.
    11. Continuously refine pricing tools and methodologies to ensure TTS remains competitive while maintaining profitability across all client segments and product lines.
    12. Monitor and report on revenue performance trends, pricing effectiveness, and capital usage to identify areas for improvement and inform senior management decision-making.
    13. Foster a high-performance culture by driving excellence in revenue optimisation and capital management, ensuring TTS remains a leader in financial resource management.
    14. Promote innovation in pricing methodologies and capital efficiency solutions, leveraging data analytics and financial modelling to enhance decision-making.
    15. Ensure compliance with internal governance, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices, mitigating pricing risks while maintaining business profitability.

    You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:

    1. have a postgraduate degree in Financial Engineering, Risk Management, Quantitative Finance, or CFA / FRM accreditation
    2. have 9 to 11 years' experience in Product Support, Development and Analysis
