Part-time Shop Assistant - Cape Town, South Africa - Vino Pronto

Description

Would suit a retiree with some knowledge of and interest in the wine world, especially South African wine.

Main shifts would be 3-hour evening shift from 5pm-8pm as well as 1 or 2 Saturdays a month from 10am - 5pm.

Sometimes there is a change to a 10am-1pm shift. There may also be an opportunity to substitute for 2-3 weeks from 10am-5pm.

Duties include (not limited to): Recommending wines to customers, taking orders/special requests, unpacking stock, cleaning as required, processing sales and taking payment, accurate record-keeping including cash-up at the end of shift.

Computer literacy, neatness and confidence in dealing with people.
