    Project Manager Role

    We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating projects according to predetermined timelines and objectives.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage project development from initiation to closure, ensuring timely completion of tasks and milestones.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, budget, and timing.
    • Create a work breakdown structure to estimate effort required for each task and develop a project schedule.
    • Communicate expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration between teams.
    • Conduct site surveys, resolve coordination issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Manage external consultants or contractors, and track and report on project progress to stakeholders.
    • Foster a motivated and productive project team, leading by example and developing tools and best practices for project management.
    • Ensure all project documents are securely archived following project completion.

    Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business administration) and at least 5 years of experience in project management.
    • PMI certification is highly desirable.
    • CAD experience and proficiency in project management software are advantageous.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to elicit cooperation from contractors and stakeholders.
    • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
    • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.
