    Critical Job Responsibilities

    • End-to-end high-volume recruitment process management, applying sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs.
    • Experience in the financial services industry is required.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas in Human Resources or related fields.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Collate and analyse market trends to inform talent acquisition and retention plans.
    • Adhere to standard operating procedures within areas of accountability.
    • Design and implement people development programmes aligned with organisational talent management strategies.
    • Track and report on TA metrics.
    • Execute specialised work to improve quality, standards, and outputs.
    • Proactively solve problems and apply solutions according to guidelines.
    • Plan task execution and advise on improvements.

    Customer Expectations

    • Provide advice and support to resolve customer complaints.
    • Ensure adherence to customer service delivery principles.

    Financial Governance

    • Comply with policies and procedures to prevent potential losses.

    Governance Responsibilities

    • Comply with set governance and compliance procedures and processes.
