We seek proactive Account Manager to drive business growth, enhance merchant relationships, and build strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive Business Performance: Lead efforts to drive merchant and account growth across specific region, acquiring new small- and medium-sized partners.
Partnership Development: Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, focusing on financial performance, marketing efforts, and engagement.
Sales Strategy: Execute end-to-end sales motions for enterprise prospects, from qualification through contract negotiation and closing deals.
Market Insights: Leverage local market knowledge to inform business decisions and drive platform growth. Share feedback with broader team to improve product offerings.
Customer and Merchant Advocacy: Act as ambassador for brand, helping merchants understand and realise value of platform for both businesses and customers.
Strategic Growth Initiatives: Identify new opportunities within market (e.g., Convenience, Grocery) and work on expanding business pillars to drive future growth.
Operational Excellence: Use analytical tools to measure performance and ensure key metrics are being met. Apply operational rigor to improve merchant success.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to solve problems, share feedback, and enhance overall merchant and customer experience on platform.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 3 years in account management or sales role, ideally within fast-paced environment such as e-commerce, tech, or food delivery.
Education: Bachelor's degree in commercial or technical field.
Skills：
1. Proficiency in Excel and interest in data analysis to drive business decisions.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to negotiate, persuade, and advocate for customer needs.
3. Strong problem-solving abilities and drive to find creative solutions to challenges.
4. Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively.
5. Highly autonomous, able to work with minimal oversight and take initiative.
Desire to Build Relationships: Passion for working with merchants and building strong, long-lasting partnerships to help them thrive on platform.
Adaptability: Comfortable in constantly changing work environment, with ability to adapt quickly and effectively.
