The position reports into the
Supply Chain Planning Manager and has no direct reports.


Your responsibilities will include:


  • Manage a portion of replenishment planning for a portfolio of products for daily ordering
  • Identify ideal fulfilment models for products within departments and divisions based on sales plans, etc.
  • Stakeholder to respective Retail team for the responsible portfolio
  • Monitor replenishment frequencies, order cycles effective for the portfolio etc.
  • Assist with divisional stock balancing across the Distribution Centres for Replenishment portfolio
  • Weekly reporting & analysis for portfolio on supplier OOS & portfolio availability
  • Operation resolution on daily issues within the portfolio
  • Ongoing alignment with other departments on stock cover and related issues
  • Management of Availability KPI for respective Portfolio
  • Operational management of planning tool
  • Systems testing of Planning tool

Qualifications and Experience:


  • BCom / BTech / NDip (Commercial, Engineering or similar degree)
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Supply Chain, analytics, or planning in relevant industries.
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office packages with proven advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in the retail industry is beneficial
