Position Overview:

This role will work with Treasury Global Process Owner and Business Process Lead to provide support, implementation, and guidance for the Treasury Systems with Aspen for the implementation of project Rally.

You will need your experience, know-how, creativity, and analytical powers to solve Aspens Treasury and business integration.

You need to be comfortable leading the integration elements of this project as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions.

You will need to manage all the integration requirements of the project inclusive on Banks, Internal systems, investment solutions and other systems for both functional & process side of SAP as well as the technical development & technical architecture.

Additionally, you have the communication and people skills to inspire teams to bring their A-game.

Work:

Plan, manage, implement, support and/or monitor SAP integration solutions and middleware for onpremise, cloud or hybrid scenarios
Plan and conduct customer workshops, design, and build integrations and interfaces, create plans for data Integration and Unit testing
Communicating effectively with project team members at different technical knowledge levels and often remotely across diverse geographical locations
Identify test data for unit testing, integration testing and user acceptance, working with client's functional consultants for validation of test results
Build relationships with your stakeholders to become the goto partner for SAP data integration and interfaces
Manages smallmedium sized teams and/or work efforts

Key Requirements:

Strong collaborative Information Technology leader with proven record of integration capabilities for large enterprise wide projects to completion.
Experienced in Integration Management, Consulting, Systems Analysis, blueprinting, preparation of functional specifications, Configuration, integration testing.
Proven experience in Cross Functional knowledge of SAP S/4 Finance, SAP BTP, SAP Treasury Management, Solman, Interfaces into SAP (Bank communications Management experience will be beneficial).
Experience of working with crosscultural teams; Comfortable in interacting with people across hierarchical levels in the organization and at client locations for smooth project execution within schedule
Comfortable in analysis, supervision, organization, planning, and leading team efforts in diverse and challenging environments on SAP platform
Strong analytical, planning, problem solving, and project management skills coupled with the ability to understand the process and quality related to a system
Experience in master data management, cutover strategies, testing strategies" and post go live support
Unique management style reinforced by wellrounded skills, capable of leading, mentoring, and motivating individuals to maximize levels of productivity and creativity, while forming a cohesive team environment
Work closely with Treasury and Platform Services to ensure the Treasury Management systems maintains proper controls, workflows, financial instruments, accounting configuration, and reporting capability needed across Treasury and Treasury Accounting.
Coordinate and plan any necessary Treasury Feeder System testing during scheduled SAP releases with definite focus on releases with an SAP Upgrade involved.
General responsibilities included working with all Corporate Treasury associates and Platform Services teams executing Treasury activity (banking, back and middle office Treasury activities)

The role communicates with internal and/or external parties (technology vendors and other corporates for benchmarking and idea generation)
The role has the responsibility for sharing information across Treasury and Platform Services, influencing key internal stakeholders, and managing the cost of any required technology solutions. The job deals predominately with situations where other parties have shared interests.
