A leading security company is currently seeking an experienced Control Room Supervisor to join our team in Ballito.As a Control Room Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing our control room systems efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
Watchmanager Software:
Knowledge of Watchmanager software would be considered an advantage.
Computer Literacy:
Proficiency in computer usage, particularly in Word and Excel is required for this position.
CCTV Monitoring:
Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI) cameras and off-site CCTV monitoring is required.
Language Skills:
Fluent communication in both written and spoken English is essential. Telephone etiquette is particularly important.
Sober Habits:
We require all applicants to have sober habits during work hours.
Traceable References:
Applicants must provide references that can be verified.
Ability to Handle Pressure:
The Control Room Supervisor should be able to work well under pressure and handle critical situations effectively.
The Control Room Supervisor will report to the General Manager.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ballito, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
