Administrator - Cape Town, South Africa - the Employment Channel
Description
Answer and screen telephone calls.- General administration such as filing annual returns, data capture, and taking minutes.
- Ensure that all tax details are correct and forward them to the relevant department for finalization.
- Generate quotes and invoice where applicable.
- Performing bookkeeping duties include billing, tracking accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
- Maintaining general office records, such as files for jobs, vendors, and other records relevant to business operations.
- Buying office supplies.
- Overseeing the upkeep of office supplies and infrastructure.
- Performing other tasks as required.
- Organise and schedule meetings.
- Plan meetings and take details minutes.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cape Town,
Western Cape:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- High School (matric) (preferred)
Experience:
- Administrative: 2 years (preferred)
