    Description

    Role Summary

    We are seeking a Manager, Systems and Operational Enablement, to support the Collateral Banking Book Function in day-to-day operational management of systems in line with business processes. This role will drive and manage product development in consultation with the Head of Global Banking Book Collateral.

    Job Description

    To succeed in this role, you will need to coordinate, influence, and drive the value chain to deliver the product capability within client expectations, in support of the execution of the business strategy. You will also be responsible for supporting and guiding the Corporate and Investment Banking Teams through change and implementation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage the day-to-day operational management of systems in line with business processes.
    • Drive and manage product development in consultation with the Head of Global Banking Book Collateral.
    • C Coordinate, influence, and drive the value chain to deliver the product capability within client expectations.
    • Support and guide the Corporate and Investment Banking Teams through change and implementation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Commerce or equivalent qualification.
    • 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement, process efficiencies, and effectiveness.
    • Experience in identifying waste and duplication within a value chain and implementing medium to large scale projects across a back office and front line environment.
    • Exposure to the relationship-based client service model is an added advantage.
