  • REPORTING TO THE ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND LEARNING MANAGER
  • JOB PURPOSE:
  • To implement and monitor initiatives that contribute to the growth and effectiveness of the organisation by focusing on organisational culture, employee engagement, and learning and development. To facilitate learning interventions and manage content, including digital.
  • JOB FUNCTION:
  • Identify skill gaps and training needs within the organization. This may involve surveys, interviews, and data analysis to determine areas for improvement
  • Design, develop, and implement learning and development initiatives such as workshops, seminars, and elearning modules
  • Assist in managing organizational change by supporting strategies to help employees adapt to new processes, technologies, or organizational structures
  • Work with HR to identify and develop highpotential employees, create career development plans, and implement succession planning initiatives
  • Promote and maintain a positive organisational culture and implement strategies as required
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with organizational goals. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to promote participation and engagement
  • Ensure that learning and development initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in organizational development and learning to continuously improve programs and practices
  • Support and coordination of a specific projects as per management request
  • Facilitate programmes such as group Induction and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
    Inherent Requirements
  • QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Tertiary qualification in Human resources/Organisational Development
  • ETDP qualification is an added advantage
  • Minimum of 5 years learning and development experience in a similar role
  • Good command of the English language, good communication and collaboration, ability to work under pressure, excellent attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills and customer focused
  • Computer Literate
  • Formal presentation skills
