We are seeking a Program Manager : Infrastructure Management Services for a 3-year fixed term contract role based in East London, Eastern Cape

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:

Grade 12 with B.

Degree in built environment and professional registration with one of the following:
SACAP / ECSA / SACQSP / SACPCMP

5+ years post qualification working experience, of which 2 years must be post registration experience and 5 years should be within a social / basic infrastructure or economic infrastructure program management environment at a middle management or senior consultant level

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:

Compliance & governance
oversee development of project implementation plans; align with client requirements and acceptable quality standards; facilitate procurement and management of service providers; monitor compliance with legislation and regulations
Staff supervision manage project staff and oversee training / development
Program Management
Initiate, package, and plan programs; consolidate individual project plans; evaluate program performance
Contract management develop/implement procurement plans; provide guidance on selection of appropriate conditions of contract; oversee project completion; provide guidance on project specific targets; over project risk management
Monitoring and reporting manage implementation of programs / projects; compile/submit external infrastructure reports; review industry best practice to improve implementation/reduce risk
