Description

Job Title: Business & Commercial Banking Portfolio Manager

To oversee the administration and credit management of a portfolio, ensuring all compliance requirements are met. Collaborate with Relationship Managers to drive revenue growth and enhance customer experience within assigned portfolios.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure timely delivery of administrative and credit management tasks for the portfolio.
Support Relationship Managers in meeting revenue targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to compliance standards.
Contribute to identifying business opportunities and developing strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Requirements:

We seek an experienced professional with:

A First Degree (FAIS) in Generic Management or related field.
3-4 years of experience in Relationship Banking, preferably in Client Coverage, Business & Commercial Banking, or similar roles.
Demonstrated skills in articulating information, conveying self-confidence, documenting facts, and customer service.

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on location and qualifications.
