Job Title: Personal Banking Customer Service Specialist

The ideal candidate will take demand from Personal and Prestige banking customers for various banking matters, including product inquiries, customer account activities, and other service requests. They must form an accurate assessment of customer demands to deliver solutions within product, segment, and legislative parameters.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled customer service specialist to join our team in the Personal & Private Banking segment. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of bank processes, policies, and products, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Act on customer demands in a timely and efficient manner
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Stay up-to-date with new products and services
• Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives

Requirements:

NQF 5 or equivalent qualification
Experience: 3-4 years in client coverage, personal and private banking
Relevant FAIS qualification and experience required; if no FAIS experience, would need to operate under supervision

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of R400,000 - R550,000 per annum, depending on experience
