Your main tasks as an Accounts Receivable Clerk:

  • Adhering to the credit policies and procedures of ZF Services SA
  • Ensuring timely payment from customers while minimizing bad debt risk
  • Assess & maintain the customer credit limits,
  • Manage overdue invoices and resolving payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain and file all relevant documents to ensure efficient retrieval.
  • Proactively identify customer needs, and opportunities to exceed customer expectations.

Your profile as an Accounts Receivable Clerk**:


  • Qualifications required:
  • Grade 1
  • Experience: 5 years' in:
  • Collections / accounts receivable
  • Credit control
  • Attention to detail.
  • Interpersonal skills,
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Good communication skills and
  • Customer liaison.
