Responsibilities:
- To ensure that one week before classes start, study material and documentation required has been uploaded onto the portal.
- Complete check list as per material development document per module.
- Student Relationship Manager responsibility to manage the facetoface classes with the Student Support Administrator.
- Check with Assessment Centre if result is going to be published on time. Communicate to Student Support Administrators if there is going to be an issue
- 3 to 5 years experience as a Student Relationship Manager
- Postgraduate Degree in Public Administartion/Management
