    Business Analyst Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to manage end-to-end business requirements, drive process improvements, and bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead requirements-gathering sessions with business stakeholders to understand and document business needs, objectives, and challenges.
    • Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for system development.
    • Evaluate current processes and workflows, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and areas for optimisation.
    • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and validated with stakeholders before proceeding to implementation.
    • Prioritise and manage the backlog of business requirements in alignment with company goals.
    • Drive process improvement initiatives across departments to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
    • Develop end-to-end process maps and workflows to identify automation opportunities.
    • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors, ensuring alignment and timely delivery of projects.
    • Ensure projects adhere to scope, budget, and quality requirements.
    • Provide guidance on best practices in business analysis, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Develop reports, dashboards, and data analysis models to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support decision-making.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Present findings, solutions, and progress updates to management and business teams clearly and effectively.
    • Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure stakeholders are aligned and engaged.

    Essential Requirements

    • Matric Certificate.
    • Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst.
    • Bachelors degree in business Analysis, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related field would be an advantage.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale projects, driving process improvements, and delivering system implementations.
    • Strong track record of engaging with senior stakeholders, developers, and business teams to deliver solutions.
    • Experience in working with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and warehouse management systems is an advantage.
