    Job Title: Senior UX/UI Designer

    This dynamic role offers a blend of remote and on-site work in Pretoria and requires a visionary designer with 6-10 years of UX/UI design expertise and a related degree.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements
    2. Develop and articulate comprehensive UX/UI design strategies
    3. Generate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and other design tools
    4. Conduct user research and usability testing to uncover user needs and refine designs
    5. Presentation and pitching of design concepts and prototypes to stakeholders
    6. Maintenance of design consistency and adherence to established design systems and brand guidelines
    7. Stay ahead of the curve with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
    2. 6-10 years of experience in UX/UI design
    3. Mastery of various design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and prototyping tools like InVision
    4. Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Design Systems, Information Architecture, and Interaction Design
    5. Experience with usability testing methods and user research
    6. Strong Critical Thinking, Creative Concept Design, and Strategic Thinking skills
    7. Familiarity with Responsive Web Design principles

    Additional Skills:

    1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
    2. Exceptional Project Management and Public Speaking abilities
    3. Expertise in Product Ideation and Information Design
    4. Knowledge of V-Ray for rendering
    5. Proven track record of thriving in a collaborative team environment
