    We're seeking a skilled professional with a strong background in Operations and Logistics management, in-depth knowledge of the shipping environment, and ships agency industry experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Manage vessel operations and equipment management
    2. Oversee reefer management and logistics operations
    3. Drive the execution of operational processes to ensure seamless coordination between vessels and land-based activities
    4. Take full accountability for operational efficiency and cost ownership
    5. Engage with third-party service providers, including terminals, depots, haulers, and regulatory authorities
    6. Closely monitor all claims across regions to ensure effective resolution

    Requirements:

    1. A minimum of 10-15 years of management experience in operations and logistics within the ships agency industry
    2. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage diverse teams and complex operations
    3. Extensive knowledge of the shipping industry, including vessel and logistics management
    4. Operational focus with the ability to drive continuous improvement
    5. Proficiency in computer systems and relevant logistics software
