    Job Summary

    This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to take on the role of Primary Education Specialist, responsible for curriculum development and project management in primary education.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, curriculum leadership, and subject-specific curriculum design.

    The salary for this position is estimated to be around R800,000 - R1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

    About the Role

    As a Primary Education Specialist, you will be responsible for:

    • Developing and implementing high-quality curriculum materials for primary education
    • Managing projects from conception to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
    • Leading curriculum review and development processes for designated subjects
    • Collaborating with teachers and subject experts to enhance curriculum quality and relevance
    • Developing and refining assessment strategies to measure student progress

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, or a related field
    • Proven experience in curriculum leadership and development, specifically in primary education
    • Strong background in project management, with ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
    • Expertise in subject-specific curriculum design (Language Arts, Life Skills, Social Sciences, Creative Arts, Visual Arts)
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
    • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
