    Description

    Job Title: Project Coordinator

    Project Location: Gauteng, Johannesburg

    Average Salary: R600,000 - R800,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Build an inventory of all projects and compile reports to ensure accuracy and consistency.
    • Facilitate Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) applications and coordinate the work of Environmental Consultants.
    • Monitor project activities, report on progress, and provide support to Investment Managers and Project Engineers.
    • Manage consultants and contractors' payment certificates workflow, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements.

    Requirements:

    • BTech/BSc in Civil Engineering or a related field (NQF 7).
    • Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management or National Diploma in Finance Management (or similar qualifications).
    • 5 years of project management experience and 2 years of financial management experience.
    • Valid Driver's Licence.
