    Description

    Lead Mechanical Design Engineer

    As a seasoned professional with at least 10 years of experience in mechanical design engineering, including 5 years in a lead/managerial role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and mentoring them to ensure the delivery of high-quality designs. Your expertise in 3D CAD and strong technical knowledge will be essential in managing international projects in the automotive field.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will have:

    • Strong leadership skills to manage a team of engineers
    • Excellent communication skills to interface with customers and prioritize design resources
    • Ability to delegate work effectively to assigned personnel
    • Technical expertise to guide engineers on design-related issues
    • Project management skills to ensure timely completion of milestones
    • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations to ensure design soundness and compliance
    • Ability to organize and lead design reviews both internally and with customers and suppliers

    Requirements

    • B Eng. Degree or B Tech Degree in Mechanical Engineering
    • Mechanical design engineering experience (10-15 years)
    • 3D CAD experience
