    Description

    Job Summary: Experienced HR professional sought to lead HR strategy, drive business outcomes, and foster a positive work environment in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

    **Job Description:**

    The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, and Labour Law, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing labour relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
    • Manage labour relations, including negotiations with trade unions and representation in CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
    • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and BBBEE Act
    • Design and implement employment equity strategies to promote diversity and inclusion
    • Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and conducting interviews
    • Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development
    • Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
    • Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
    • Provide coaching and counseling to employees to improve performance and address grievances
    • Monitor and report on labour statistics and trends to inform HR strategies

    **Requirements:**

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labour Law
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
    • Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations, including Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and BBBEE Act
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
