- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business outcomes and improve employee engagement
- Manage labour relations, including negotiations with trade unions and representation in CCMA and Labour Court proceedings
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, including Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and BBBEE Act
- Design and implement employment equity strategies to promote diversity and inclusion
- Manage recruitment and selection processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and conducting interviews
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance and development
- Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration
- Develop and implement communication strategies to engage employees and stakeholders
- Provide coaching and counseling to employees to improve performance and address grievances
- Monitor and report on labour statistics and trends to inform HR strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Labour Law
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role
- Strong knowledge of labour laws and regulations, including Labour Relations Act, Employment Equity Act, and BBBEE Act
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
