Purpose of the role
Responsibilities

Account Management: Manage a portfolio of new & existing accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and requests.

Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular engagement.

Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue and meet sales targets.

Sales Support: Assist in the sales process by identifying leads, following up on inquiries, and providing product information to potential clients.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about company products and services, as well as industry trends, to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence to support the sales team and ensure smooth operations.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account status using CRM software.
Required skills and qualifications
Experience:
Proven experience in sales or account management roles, preferably in a B2B environment.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
Sales Acumen:
Strong sales instincts and a results-driven mindset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Relationship Building:
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
