They should have a good understanding of the latest video and photography trends, and be able to create content that is both creative and engaging.

The successful candidate should have the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree in video production, photography, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in video production and photography
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
