    We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee daily operations in our vehicle service department.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure maximum efficiency and productivity in the workshop

    • Assist and guide technicians in technical matters

    • Manage workshop schedules and job cards

    • Comply with factory standards, audits, and regulatory requirements

    • Motivate and manage workshop staff to achieve high performance

    • Maintain quality control and ensure customer satisfaction

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Workshop Foreman in a dealership environment

    • Proven track record in managing workshop schedules, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity

    • Strong technical knowledge and ability to assist and guide technicians

    • Excellent communication and customer service skills

    • Skilled in handling workshop KPIs, including job card management, time management, and quality control

    • Ability to maintain factory standards, audits, and compliance requirements

    • Leadership skills to motivate and manage workshop staff effectively

    • Results-driven with a focus on achieving workshop targets and customer satisfaction
