    Officer Manager Position

    • Minimum 3-year qualification in Office Management or a related field.
    • Proficient in using computer software.
    • Mandatory fluency in English, encompassing reading, writing and speaking skills.
    • Knowledge of isiXhosa would be beneficial.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Able to multitask and prioritise effectively.
    • Capable of working independently.
    • Experience within a legal environment is advantageous.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong organisational and time management capabilities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage all day-to-day office operations.
    • Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment.
    • Manage office finances, including budgeting, invoicing and expense reports.
    • Monitor and maintain office supplies.
    • Verify compliance with established office policies and procedures.
    • Assist in preparing reports, presentations and other documents.
    • Support with administrative tasks, such as travel bookings, events and team-building activities.
    • Respond to client inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
    • Coordinate with external suppliers related to office management.
    • Provide administrative and secretarial support.
    • Compile meeting agendas, registers and take accurate minutes for record-keeping purposes.
    • Oversee and maintain the office fleet.
    • E nsure compliance with statutory requirements from the Legal Practice Council and other relevant regulatory bodies.
