Description

Our client in the hospitality industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced F&B Restaurant Manager at their organization

Location:
Umhlanga, KZN

Requirements:

Diploma in Hospitality Management/ any industryrelated qualification
3+ years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a 5star Hotel
Must be able to managed and lead a large team
Previous stock control experience
Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook

Responsibilities:

Lead and organize the restaurant team, set and maintain standards, and strive to always keep improving standards whilst maintaining budget and gross profit.
Responsible to operate within the policies and procedures as set out in the operating manual.
Ensure the guests get the highest level of food and beverage service by making contact with the guests and checking customer satisfaction
Maintain a high standard of personal service with all guests
Take personal responsibility for any guest situation, seeing the situation through to the solution
Ensure that your outlet is following correct billing procedures so that all revenue is correctly allocated and recorded
Promoting and maximizing sales.
