Sales Representative/Business Development Montague Gardens

***As a Technical Sales Representative in the renewable energy industry, main responsibility would be to sell backup power solutions such as batteries and inverters to customers across the country. Your job would involve traveling when required to meet with potential clients, assess their needs, and recommend the best solutions to meet their requirements.


Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Similar (Advantageous)

Proven Sales Experience with New Business Development experience

Willing to travel nationally when required.


Key Responsibilities:


Developing and maintaining relationships with customers: You would be responsible for building relationships with new customers and maintaining existing ones.

This may involve making sales calls, attending trade shows, and networking events.

Conducting product demonstrations:

You would need to be able to demonstrate the features and benefits of the backup power solutions you are selling, and explain how they can help customers meet their energy needs.


Providing technical expertise:

As a Technical Sales Representative, you would need to have a deep understanding of the technical aspects of the products you are selling.

This includes knowledge of battery chemistry, power inverter technology, and other related topics.

Preparing and delivering sales presentations:

You would be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers, highlighting the benefits of your products and how they can help customers save money and reduce their carbon footprint.


Collaborating with internal teams:

You would work closely with internal teams such as engineering, product development, and customer service to ensure that customer needs are being met and that any technical issues are being addressed promptly.
