    • Design & Architecture (10%): Develop a robust database, cloud, and Java code architecture that meets scalability and performance requirements.
    • Writing Code (40%): Implement and maintain efficient, high-quality backend code using Java and Spring Boot.
    • Testing (10%): Write and update unit tests, conduct manual testing, and ensure the stability of the system.
    • DevOps (15%): Manage builds, deployments, and monitoring in AWS, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
    • Documentation (10%): Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation for systems and code.
    • Leadership & Mentoring (10%): Provide technical guidance to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

    Requirements

    • Education: IT/Computer Science Degree or equivalent.

    • Skills & Knowledge: Java, Spring Boot, relational databases (MySQL), SQL, AWS (Lambda, RDS, ECS, S3), token-based authentication, REST APIs, Git version control, Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
