    Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented leader to oversee data processing operations, including data mining, analysis, and quality checks. As a Team Lead Data Processing, you will play a key role in developing new processes and workflows for our Data Entry Specialists.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Communicate tasks assigned by Regulation Managers to Data Entry Specialists
    • Organize working schedules of Data Entry Specialists
    • Liaise with workflow participants and act as the point of contact to progress actions
    • Provide and maintain documentation
    • Implement, optimize, and automate workflows
    • Write requirements for other teams
    • Conduct individual coaching and group training sessions
    • Perform quality checks
    • Manage team members
    • Provide reports on list processing progress and individual Data Entry Specialist results
    • Train new team members on workflows

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management or related field
    • 3+ years of experience as project coordinator/manager, preferably with both Data Entry Specialist and non-Data Entry Specialist teams
    • Experience managing workflows and organizing team members across different time zones
    • Experience working with multiple stakeholders
    • Ability to lead and organize a team for maximum efficiency
    • Strong attention to detail

    Essential Skills:

    • Leadership experience
    • Understanding of large language models

    Salary:

    $80,000 - $110,000 per year
