KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - SOUTH AFRICA:


Responsibilities:


The De'Longhi Group is one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances associated with the world of coffee, kitchen, air conditioning, and home care.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Key Accounts Manager located in Constantia Kloof, Gauteng.

  • RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Secure promotional "fair share" for De'Longhi products in customer broadsheets, leaflets, ecommerce activities, etc.
  • Lead the trading terms negotiations and developing corresponding monthly/quarterly/annual business plan as approved by the company terms and conditions
  • Control of trade funds management and optimization

Job Profile:


  • QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
