    Opening to closing files

    Administration

    Liaising with Attorneys

    Liaising with clients (Banks)

    Drafting of legal contracts

    Drafting of Summonses, Notices, Pleadings, Section 129, Letter of demand

    Liaising with the Sheriffs office

    Litigation

    Drafting of letters

    Desired Experience & Qualifications

    Good communicator

    Good typing skills

    Must have experience in one of the following: Debt collection Litigation / Foreclosures / VAF
