    Job Summary

    We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated professional to develop innovative and high-quality cosmetic formulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in scaling up laboratory batches to commercial production quantities, as well as experience in laboratory batch mixing processes.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop novel and effective cosmetic formulations, including make-up, creams, and lotions.
    • Ensure seamless scale-up of laboratory batches to commercial production quantities.
    • Participate in and oversee laboratory batch mixing processes.
    • Maintain thorough knowledge of relevant industry regulations, including labeling and ingredient restrictions.
    • Evaluate product performance, stability, and safety through rigorous testing.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
    • Resolve formulation and production issues in a timely manner.

    Requirements

    • Diploma or Degree in a related field from a recognized institution.
    • Proven experience in scaling up laboratory formulations to commercial production.
    • Hands-on experience in laboratory batch mixing.
    • A solid understanding of product development and formulation.
    • Familiarity with cosmetic industry regulations and guidelines.
    • In-depth knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and INCI names.

    Benefits

    The ideal candidate will receive a competitive salary of $85,000 per annum, commensurate with their experience. In addition, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
