Property Administrator to join our client's professional team.
With a multimillion-rand portfolio spanning commercial, industrial, retail, and residential properties, their team is dedicated to excellence in property management and maintenance.
As a Property Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks related to the management of our properties.
This will include tasks such as scheduling and coordinating maintenance and repairs, preparing, and processing documents, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance and repairs for properties
- Prepare and process documents related to property management, such as contracts and leases
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records for properties
- Communicate with tenants and landlords to address any issues or concerns
- Assist with the management of new developments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detailoriented and ability to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 12 years of experience in administrative or property management roles is preferred, but not required
