    Job Title: Chief Operations Strategist

    We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Leader to join our team at Bright City Talent as a Chief Operations Strategist.

    About the Role

    This is a senior-level position responsible for overseeing and developing effective operations strategies across Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Resources.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supply Chain Operations:
      • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize procurement, production, and distribution processes.
      • Maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
      • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.
    • Financial Management:
      • Oversee all company finance-related activities and resources, including asset control, profit control, and internal control.
      • Maintain risk management and statutory compliance.
      • Prepare and review financial reports (management reporting and shareholder reporting).
    • Human Resources:
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.
      • Foster positive employee relationships and improve employee satisfaction and productivity.
      • Manage compensation and benefits packages.
      • Support employee training and development needs.
      • Drive equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts.
      • Assist with group BBBEE initiatives.

    Requirements

    • A minimum of 5 years' experience in senior-level general, financial, or operational management.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proven ability to build customer relationships and lead by example.
    • Strategic mindset with a drive to implement and collaborate effectively.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Suitable higher-level degree or qualification.

    Location

    This role is based in Midrand, offering a great opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of Bright City Talent.

    The estimated annual salary for this role is between R1,200,000 and R1,800,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
