    Drive Business Growth with Sustainable Strategies

    We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to join our company. As a key player in driving financial growth, you will focus on boosting sales, developing innovative products and solutions, and fostering strong relationships with clients worldwide.

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Promote our products/services by aligning them with client objectives and needs
    2. Craft sales contracts that adhere to relevant laws and guidelines
    3. Develop business goals and strategies for the development team to achieve
    4. Monitor and record sales data, revenue, invoices, and travel itineraries
    5. Provide exceptional customer support and feedback
    6. Create a comprehensive growth strategy balancing financial gain and customer satisfaction
    7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer demands
    8. Build relationships with potential clients, arrange meetings, and establish a network both domestically and internationally
    9. Identify new markets and enhance sales performance
    10. Design and oversee new marketing initiatives
    11. Attend industry conferences, meetings, and events

    Key Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship, General Business, Marketing, International Trade, or related fields (BEng in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, Aeronautical also accepted)
    • A minimum average of 85% for matriculation (non-negotiable)
    • No prior work experience is required, as this is an entry-level position

    Desirable Skills

    • Experience in sales, marketing, or related fields is advantageous
    • Willingness to travel internationally (valid passport required)
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Maintaining a professional appearance at all times
    • Proficiency in IT
    • Reliable personal transportation
