Key Responsibilities

About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing product and sales strategies for our vendors. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and marketing, to deliver exceptional execution and product delivery that exceeds our partners' needs and drives business growth.

This role reports to the GM: Sub-Saharan Africa.

As the Product Manager, you will:

Create go-to-market content aligned with allocated product strategies each quarter.
Deliver on product strategies and communicate product features to external and internal customers.
Train internal account managers to be self-sufficient in quoting, resolving customer queries, and managing pipeline.
Present effectively to C-level at partner and end customer to drive product sales.
Demonstrate knowledge of cybersecurity industry, products, and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to maintain constant touch points in market and stay top of mind.
Analyze product performance and make adjustments to ensure success.
Develop and maintain relationships with assigned Vendor and registered partners.
Track and develop new business and ensure renewal business is quoted in advance.
Execute quarterly business reviews with allocated vendor.

Requirements and Qualifications

About You

The ideal candidate:

Has 3 years of cyber-security experience in a sales or product management role.
Possesses strong analytical skills and uses data to drive decision-making.
Excels in written and verbal communication, including presentations for clients and internal partners.
Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Displays strong leadership skills and can influence others.
Is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Exhibits strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
Is a highly motivated self-starter.
