    Description

    Manage customer relationships, contracts, and KPIs while ensuring accurate and timely communication with domestic customers and overseas agents.

    • Quoting and Invoicing: Process quotes and invoices for domestic customers and overseas agents on imports and exports.
    • Contract Management: Update customer contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • KPI Management: Monitor and manage key performance indicators to drive business growth.
    • Company Library Management: Add new companies and maintain existing ones in the company library.
    • Email Management: Assign and manage emails within designated timeslots, responding with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Key Responsibilities: Manage customer relationships, contracts, and KPIs.
