Overview


Grow Organised Trade channel by implementing and tracking all marketing and promotional plans and achieve revenue & volume growth targets on a monthly basis as per Annual Operating Plan.


Responsibilities Sales**:


  • Collect, analyse and report on competitor information.
  • Compile and implement sales and promotional plan
  • Negotiate and manage prices and shelf space
  • Manage service levels
  • Support customers
  • Manage stales and returns
  • Manage sales admin related to role

Systems:


  • SAP
  • Other sales systems relevant to role
  • Compile and report on figures

Budget:


  • Control relevant budget

Qualifications

  • Relevant Diploma or Degree
  • 4 to 5 years experience of which at least two years in the wholesale industry (preference grains)
  • Ability to travel extensively in extremely rural areas
  • Knowledge of the Lesotho market would be highly recommended
