Your key
job responsibilities as the
Customer Retention Manager in
Durban will include:

  • Develop and implement a customer retention strategy, aligned to the company's goals and objectives, to increase customer satisfaction and retention
  • Monitor and constantly improve the customer journey to successfully convert, retain and increase customer deposits
  • Improve customer retention using a CRM platform
  • Monitor and analyse customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products, services, and promotions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted customer retention campaigns
  • Analyse customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improved retention
Requirements for this
Customer Retention Manager job in
Durban:

  • Bachelor's degree/ diploma in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience, with a proven track record, in customer retention management, preferably within the online sports betting and casino industry
  • Understanding of gambling products, services, and promotions
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Passion for sports and online betting with a comprehensive knowledge of the gambling industry
